01 / ABOUT

Understanding people.
Supporting possibility.

While no longer practicing clinical therapy, I bring those skills to consulting, speaking, program development, and education focused on brain and body wellness.

A background in counseling, education, and community engagement. A belief that wellbeing is deeply interconnected.

Shartaysia Rogers holds a Master of Education in Clinical and Developmental Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Winthrop University. Her professional experience spans mental health services, student development, mentoring, and public speaking.

Across these settings, her work has included supporting communication and emotional regulation, connecting people with resources, and creating opportunities for learning and personal development.

She brings a developmental, culturally responsive perspective to conversations about wellbeing, belonging, and growth.

02 / THE PHILOSOPHY

Wellbeing is a practice.
A whole-person practice.

A holistic, intentional approach to mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and financial wellbeing can help us build a more grounded and fulfilling life.

Awareness is the starting point. Consistent, intentional practice creates space for growth—on our own terms, and in the context of our lives.
